Sources
Kenya first, because that is where the first deployment runs. The reader is built around how institutions publish rather than around any one country.
What it reads
Legislature
- National Assembly and Senate Hansard, order papers and committee reports, taken from the parliamentary repository rather than scraped off a listing page, so a change to the site does not silently stop the feed.
Regulators and the central bank
- Central Bank of Kenya circulars, prudential guidelines, press releases and supervisory reports. These are where obligations with dates attached usually appear first.
The Gazette and the statute book
- Kenya Gazette notices and supplements, and Kenya Law statutes and case law. Commencement dates, fee schedules and legal instruments come from here.
Statistics
- Kenya National Bureau of Statistics releases, which give the figures that findings are weighed against.
Your own documents
- Policies, strategies, board papers and agreements, added by upload or by connecting a drive. These are what the platform ranks public material against, and they stay inside your organisation.
Adding a source
A new publisher is a registry entry, not a code change, when it offers a feed or a sitemap. Adding a new country works the same way. What takes judgement is deciding which of its publishers matter, and that is a conversation rather than a configuration.
